Who Should I Contact at ESI?

Beginning on January 1, 2024, ESI implemented contact changes for ESI customers reaching out for routine issues, inquiries, and/or conversions. These new procedures should further streamline processes and expedite response times. Please read carefully to ensure you are contacting the correct department to best suit your immediate needs.

All Contract Renewals (Cloud, SIP & eSaaS):

  • Call (972) 905-9429.

Cloud Services (Existing Customers Only): Moves, Adds, or Changes (MAC); Cancellations; Billing Disputes; Complaints; Training; or other General Assistance.

  • Call (972) 905-9429.
  • Submit Add Orders online via the Online Store.

SIP Trunks & eSaaS (Existing Customers Only): Moves, Adds, or Changes (MAC); Cancellations.

On-Premises (eSIP or Legacy ESI solutions): 

  • Contact the ESI Reseller who sold the solution. If the Reseller is not known or no longer in business, visit Find a Reseller to locate a local provider.

 


 

Subpoenas & Court Orders:

Subpoenas, court orders, and other law enforcement inquiries must be sent directly to ESI. Our preferred communication method is via email.

Please Note: All requests for records production should be accompanied by the appropriate subpoena, legal process and/or documentation and must name “Estech Systems, Inc.” as the service provider. Also, all requests must include the sender’s name (and for criminal investigations, the law enforcement agency name), address, email address, and telephone number. Because ESI does not generally provide service to end-user customers, its response may only include the name and contact information of the wholesale customer to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier, service provider, or reseller to obtain subscriber or other information.

In compliance with the Federal Communications Commission Order concerning Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), customer information cannot be released without a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other formal demand from an agency authorized to request such information.
