Company introduces VIP Professional and ESI PC Attendant Console

Plano, Texas, April 25, 2006 — ESI, a leading manufacturer of business telephone systems, announced the expansion of its PC software applications designed to improve individual productivity. Its new VIP Professional is the latest unified messaging solution designed to create a more efficient work environment by integrating live calls, voice mail, fax, and e-mail at the employee’s desktop. Also released is the powerful ESI PC Attendant Console software, the efficient and flexible solution made so busy attendants can manage heavy call volumes with “drag and drop” ease.
